The Phone Book is a SharePoint Add-In for SharePoint On-Premises or Office 365 SharePoint Online that provides a simple to use corporate phone book for all of your SharePoint User Profiles as well Contacts lists throughout the SharePoint environment (security trimmed).

The Phone Book add-in is a simple to use tool that allows any employee to find contact information quickly and easily, no matter where in SharePoint that information is stored. Users can click Search Contacts to find phone numbers, email addresses, and office addresses using a simple search or by using the index. Frequent contacts can be pinned to save you taking the time to search in future.
Searching your corporate directory couldn’t be easier! Click Search contacts, enter any part of the users name or click through the index. Contacts can then be refined by clicking the company name that the employee is associated with.
Click a contact and view all of the contact information, save a v-card or pin the contact for future reference.
Click the icons within each contact tile allowing you to scan a QR Code to capture the contact details on your phone. Alternatively, check out who is following you and who your colleagues are following using a single click from the tile!
