The Second SharePoint Best Practices Conference is upon us already. Lightning Tools will be present again offering three presentations. Phill Duffy and Brett Lonsdale will be presenting a Visual Studio Workflow project that is trigger by changes within a Business Data Column. We will be pointing out lots of Best Practices when using the BDC and Workflows. If you are attending the Best Practices Conference, this will be an enlightening presentation regardless of your BDC or Workflow experience.
Brett will also be demonstrating Out-of-the-Box Web Parts and how useful these can be to your SharePoint environment. Often Developers overlook Out-of-the-Box functionality, so our aim is to show you what is achievable with No Code! Part of this presentation is spent looking at the Business Data Catalog Web Parts such as the Business Data List, and Business Data Related List Web Parts.
