Issues with support@lightningtools.com

We’ve just found out that the spam filter on our email support system has got far too aggressive in November and has been putting a lot of legitimate questions from people in the spam folder. Luckily we have managed to retrieve these messages – but it does mean that some of you will have been waiting far too long to get a reply from us! Our usual reply time is 4-8 hours!!!

We can only apologies, and let you know that we have turned the spam filter off completely to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

We’ve also updated the About Us page with Brett and my email addresses so that if you don’t feel as though you are getting the attention you deserve you can email the company owners directly.
