We pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service and products to a wide variety of organizations. As our customer base is growing, we need to expand our support team to be able to continue offering first class customer support across our product range and for the Business Data Catalog.
We are therefore looking to recruit an enthusiastic, polite, and well spoken individual with enthusiasm for Microsoft SharePoint. The role consists of liaising with customers via email, telephone and remote desktop support, as well as having the ability to learn our software and The Business Data Catalog.
Lightning Tools will encourage the right candidate to grow their skills and provide opportunities for learning and additional Microsoft qualifications.
