Yes, there is! The Lightning Conductor modern SPFx client-side web part is available for SharePoint modern pages in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint SE. The trial download package includes a folder labeled for SharePoint 2019, and that same file will also work for SE. There is also a Deploy app that must be run to deploy the necessary JavaScript files into the Site Assets library of your web application root site.
