During this 40 minute presentation, you’ll learn how to build custom SharePoint forms using Lightning Forms.  We start with a IT Help Desk SharePoint Team site, and then use the Lightning Forms product to customise the New Form, Edit Form, and Display Form. We add calculations and actions to suit the business processes required for a IT Help Desk ticketing system. The IT Help Desk is just one example of the types of custom business forms and automation that you can add to SharePoint.
