Every SharePoint-licensed user in the Microsoft 365 tenant requires a DeliverPoint licence. Disabled accounts, external users and service accounts are not counted as licensed users.
DeliverPoint does not store or process your content outside your Microsoft 365 tenant. It is installed as a SharePoint Framework app and respects Microsoft 365 security trimming.
The DeliverPoint plan starts with the annual base subscription, plus the per-user annual price shown above. Accelerator and Concierge are outcome-led programmes with starting prices; the final scope reflects your tenant, goals and level of support.
Yes. Using Microsoft 365 Graph Connectors, Lightning Conductor can display external data from systems like Salesforce, SQL Server, or Dynamics—all within your SharePoint intranet. It’s ideal for surfacing external data without leaving the Microsoft 365 environment.
Azure usage costs can apply only if scheduled permission reporting is deployed and executed. On-demand, real-time reports can still be run without those additional Azure costs.
Lightning Tools is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. DeliverPoint operates in your Microsoft 365 tenant rather than hosting your content in a separate Lightning Tools service.
