The new Group Management feature allows Site Owners and Administrators to enumerate allow groups that a user is a member of. You can easily remove the user from selected groups, as well as assign users or replace users within groups.
By specifying a Group, within the Unique Permissions report, you can see everywhere that a Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Entra AD Group is permissioned, and from within the report, manage the permissions assigned to the group.
