In this video, Microsoft MVP & Co-Founder of Lightning Tools (Brett Lonsdale) demonstrates Lightning Forms, Document Generator, and Lightning List Actions. Together, these products form the Form Designer Suite. Using the products, we transform SharePoint List Forms into a powerful Purchase Order System. We improve the layout of the SharePoint List Forms, Create logic within the SharePoint List Forms, and Apply Action buttons and form load actions to improve the SharePoint List Forms. Using the Document Generator, the SharePoint List Items can be used within Microsoft Word Documents which can then later become PDFs or Shared with External Users. Lightning List Actions enables you to create SharePoint list command bar buttons for processes such as Bulk Approvals and distribution of SharePoint List Items or Documents.
