Lightning Tools Business Development Representative (BDR) is the entry level for a rewarding sales career in the exciting Microsoft 365 Cloud Computing space. The BDR will gain hands-on experience sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and sales skills. We are looking to hire our next superstar that can be developed and promoted from within Lightning Tools to an Account Executive in time. This opportunity gives you the chance to learn and progress in a fast moving company.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and producing quality leads for the Account Executives
  • Interacting through Microsoft Teams with key personnel up to and including, C-level management
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of Lightning Tools and Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Analysing prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, Identifying projects, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Desire to work in the Microsoft software industry

  • Good character with varied interests and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self starter
