Lightning Tools DeliverPoint helps SharePoint Site Owners, Site Collection Administrators, and Farm Administrators to report, manage and audit permissions throughout the SharePoint farm and with SharePoint Online. Within this demonstration, we will demonstrate how users with Full Control can report permissions accurately within the content of the SharePoint Team Site, as well as against Lists/Libraries, Folders and Items. We’ll also demonstrate how to bulk manage permissions with operations such as Copy, Transfer, Grant and Delete. How to temporarily grant permissions as well as running Dead Account reports and Cloning Site permissions. As well as checking who has permissions currently, we’ll use DeliverPoint to provide auditing reports on who changed permissions and when the permissions were changed. We’ll configure rules to alert us to certain permission changes such as users receiving Full Control.
