Put useful permissions information in Site Owners’ hands
Site Owners are close to the content and the people who use it. DeliverPoint gives them contextual, on demand reports that help answer practical questions about access, including who has permissions, where unique permissions exist, and which sharing links are in place.
When a review identifies access that is no longer needed, Site Owners can take bulk actions from the report. This helps turn a permissions review into a manageable task, rather than a list of findings that must be passed on for someone else to resolve.
Keep administrators in control
Delegating appropriate tasks to Site Owners does not mean losing administrative oversight. SharePoint Administrators can run reports at scale, schedule reports on behalf of Site Owners, and use access reviews, auditing and snapshots to support ongoing governance.
